- Represented Australian at the 2023 Senior World Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Where Hannah reached the final 12.
- Represented Australian at the 2017 Junior World Championships in Madrid Spain. Where Hannah reached the final 8.
- Represented Australia at the 2019 Junior World Championships in Santiago, Chile. Placing 7th overall in the Female Junior Kumite.
- Western Australian Sports Star Award 2018 and 2019.
- Hannah has been ranked as high as 2nd on the official World Karate Federation rankings – 2018.
